Periodically we offer courses on B.O.S. and the techniques we use here at the Steel Health Centre.
The courses are normally conducted over several weekends and are a combination of teachings and hands-on training and practising. Unless we know you personally, we will need to speak to you prior to registration. This 'interview' will ensure you benefit as much as possible from the course.
